The Rabbits! In Charge

We are proven and passionate brand builders. We have over 20 years experience working on iconic brands at renowned creative agencies. We started House of Rabbits! to do more of what we love: spending our time immersed in the creative process and working closely with our clients as partners. We care deeply about the work we put out in the world and the team culture we cultivate while making the work.

  • Daniela Vojta and Susan Young have over 20 years of experience creating award-winning campaigns for top brands like AT&T, Microsoft, Unilever, Mastercard and Tide at agencies like BBDO, McCann and Saatchi & Saatchi. They have received hundreds of creative awards, including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Clios, and the Effies. They have been featured in Adweek’s Creative 100 and AdAge’s Creatives You Should Know.

    Both are passionate advocates for racial, gender and social equality & sustainability. They've led impactful campaigns for organizations such as Color of Change, March for Our Lives, Girls Who Code, and Code.org, and have spearheaded initiatives like Microsoft’s Patent Program for Women. Daniela is also a mentor in the Good Latinas for Good program.

  • With 28 years of industry experience, Sarah has become a proven business leader with transformational business results for both client’s businesses and the agencies where she has held leadership roles. She has led the integrated work for some of the most iconic brands in the industry, such as Tide, Downy, Gain, Gillette, General Mills. She is known for fostering highly collaborative work relationships with clients and partners, while championing diversity and inclusion. She is a huge believer in, and champion of, creativity as the best tool to solve business challenges. Under her leadership, her teams have won some of the top industry awards - Cannes Lions, AD&D Pencils, Effies, The One Show, The Clios, LBB. Most recently, Sarah was CEO of Woven Collaborative, a subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi NY comprising multiple holding company agencies and P&G Media. Throughout her time working with P&G, Sarah led the teams to some of the most awarded campaigns for fabric care, managed brand collaborations with NFL and NBC, multiple award winning Super Bowl ads like “Jason Alexander Hoodie”, Tide’s first Super Bowl ad, “Talking Stain”.  She has a proven track record of successful product launches and programs, including Tide “Loads of Hope”, which helps people affected by natural disasters. Sarah began her career in Buenos Aires, Argentina and later went on to lead the integrated work for Ariel Latin America from New York. She is a champion of DE&I within the industry and work and  has led efforts to educate agencies and clients on how to break biases in the work. Throughout her career she has held leadership roles at top agencies across several markets: Saatchi & Saatchi NY, Buenos Aires, Latin America/USH and Grey NY.
